Scott Morrell

Scott Morrell is the Founder and President of Stone Arch Organization Development based in Minneapolis, MN. 
Scott works with senior leaders, chief executives, boards and management teams in higher education, government and private business to execute more effective organizations leading to better performance.  Scott also works with leaders in a broader context to design superior organizations by helping them to engage and motivate employees and tap into individual strengths.  Scott's work includes:  executive coaching, team coaching, action planning, strategic planning and program development. 

Prior to launching Stone Arch Organization Development in 201o, Scott held many positions in higher education since 1990.  His roles include Vice President of Admissions & Marketing, Dean of Enrollment Management and Associate Dean of Student Success at Concordia University, St. Paul, MN.  Scott was also Dean of Enrollment Management at Messiah College, Mechanicsburg, PA. He has also had executive corporate training experience with United Healthcare. Scott's executive foundation allows for connectivity and genuine understanding of the complexity leaders and organizations endure.


Scott holds an Ed.D. in Organization Development, a M.A. in Counseling Psychology both from the University of St. Thomas and a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Concordia University, St. Paul.  Scott's research interests focus on those who receive executive coaching and how they interpret the "lived experience" of the formal coaching relationship.


Scott is currently an MBA adjunct instructor at Bethel University, Roseville, MN, Concordia University, St. Paul, MN, and University of Northwestern, St. Paul, MN.  He has an extensive curriculum and online course development background.  Courses Scott has facilitated include Applied Business Ethics, Leadership Development, Managerial Research and Education Research.


Scott has been married to Jennifer for 20+ years and together they have four children.  The Morrell family is engaged in the community volunteering time, talent and resources with a variety of humanitarian causes: Meals on Wheels, Habitat for Humanity, Ronald McDonald House, Love A Child, Compassion International, PrairieCare Child & Family Fund and Feed My Starving Children.

Jennifer Morrell

Jennifer Morrell, Operations Manager, manages the day-to-day operations. Her organization skills and attention to detail help to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently within the organization. She holds a BA from Concordia University, St. Paul.  She is blessed to be married to Scott. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, traveling, and doing house projects.
